1. Your Right to Data Deletion
At Stackpad (operated by ByCrux LLC), we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your data at any time. This page explains what data we store, how to request its deletion, and what happens when we process your request.
2. What Data We Store
When you use Stackpad, we may collect and store the following data:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number.
- User Content: Photos, videos, text, links, and other materials you upload to your Stackpad page.
- Conversation Data: Messages exchanged between your visitors and your AI agent, including any information visitors provide (name, email, phone).
- Connected Accounts: OAuth tokens and identifiers for third-party services you connect (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Calendar).
- Payment Data: Transaction records processed through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and interaction logs.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data in two ways:
A. Delete Your Account
Deleting your Stackpad account will permanently remove all of your personal data, page content, conversation history, and connected account information from our active databases. You can delete your account from your account settings.
B. Email Request
Send an email to hello@stackpad.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address or phone number associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process your request.
4. What Happens When You Delete Your Data
When we process your deletion request:
- Account Data: Your name, email, phone number, and profile information are permanently deleted.
- User Content: All photos, videos, text, and other uploaded materials are removed from our servers and storage providers.
- Conversation History: All visitor conversations and captured lead information are permanently deleted.
- Connected Accounts: OAuth tokens for any connected third-party services (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) are revoked and deleted.
- Payment Records: Transaction records are retained as required by law for tax and accounting purposes, but all other payment-related data is deleted.
5. Processing Time
Account deletions initiated through your account settings are processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
6. Data Retained After Deletion
In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data after a deletion request:
- Legal Obligations: Data required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal proceedings.
- Fraud Prevention: Minimal records necessary to prevent fraud or enforce our terms of service.
- Aggregated Data: Anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you.
7. Third-Party Data
If you connected third-party services (such as Instagram or WhatsApp) to Stackpad, deleting your data from Stackpad removes the connection and stored tokens. To delete data held directly by those third-party services, you will need to contact them separately or manage your data through their respective settings.
